Lower coast fully renovated our kitchen and bathroom in our condo in north vancouver. They started in November, took a 2 week break over Xmas (which was fully communicated at the start) and completed at the end of February of 2024. Shayne, Alex and Blair all were extremely polite, informative and clear throughout the entire project. Their billing systems are like no other construction company that we have ever encountered. They send invoices on a weekly basis, attach all timesheets and copies every receipt on each invoice for clear and transparent billing. I never had to request copies of any receipts as I was able to download and verify every charge on the invoice. Construction can be a tough hurdle to overcome as we insisted on living through it, which was challenging, but they made it as easy as possible. They waited to removed our cabinets until the new one were arriving and mitigated the down time that my husband and I were eating out. We are pleasantly surprised with our kitchen and bathroom and would highly recommend Shayne, Alex and Blair.
